runclubOS collects signed waivers in seconds, enrolls new runners from a link, and keeps your roster and dues in one place. It costs one flat price a year, with no limit on club size.
Paper waivers get lost, and collecting them holds up the start. With runclubOS, each runner opens your club's link and signs in a phone browser, and nobody has to download an app.
A first-timer used to mean a clipboard, a pen, and a name to type in later. Now a new runner joins from one link, and your roster updates itself.
A spreadsheet on one officer's laptop cannot tell you who signed this morning. The runclubOS roster shows who has signed, who is new today, and who still owes a waiver, and every officer sees the same list.
| No. | Runner | Joined | Waiver |
|---|---|---|---|
| 007 | Amara Okafor | Mar 2024 | Signed |

Most clubs plan the run in one app, count heads in another, and sort out parking in a third. runclubOS keeps the whole week together, so members always know where to be.
Dues paid through personal payment apps leave the treasurer matching names to payments by hand. runclubOS connects to your club's own Stripe account, marks each member paid on the roster, and never takes a cut.
| Runner | Item | Amount | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amara Okafor | Annual dues | $30.00 | Paid |
| Daniel Reyes | Dues and shirt, M | $52.00 | Paid |
| Mei-Ling Chow | Annual dues | $30.00 | Unpaid |
A club of 30 runners pays the same as a club of 300. There are no tiers, no per-member fees, and no cut of your payments. The demo walks you through a sample club, so you know what you are buying before you pay.
Runners do not need to download anything. They open your club's link in a phone browser, and they can sign the waiver on the morning of the run.
Electronic signatures have the same legal standing as ink signatures under the federal ESIGN Act. runclubOS stores each signature with the runner's name, the date, and the time, so you can give your insurer a complete record. Insurers set their own rules, so we suggest confirming the format with yours.
You can upload the spreadsheet you use today, and runclubOS will invite each member to sign the current waiver. Your club is set up in one sitting, and nobody has to retype a name.
The club owns the account, so nothing leaves with a departing officer. You add the new officer and remove the old one, and the roster, the waivers, and the email history stay where they are.
There is no member limit. One annual price covers the whole club, whether you have 30 runners or 300.
runclubOS never takes a cut. Payments run through your club's own Stripe account, so you pay only Stripe's processing fee and the money goes straight to your bank.
You can send text alerts by connecting your club's own Twilio account. Twilio bills you directly for the messages, and our setup guide walks you through the carrier registration that texting in the United States requires.
The demo lets you walk through a sample club's waivers, roster, and email before you spend anything. We offer the demo instead of a free trial, so you can judge the whole product in a few minutes.
